Plugging Along

EDJ is still evil. But I have some days off coming up so hopefully I’ll get things taken care of then.

In the meantime, some news:

Nell and I are in the last legs of making our story shine, and we should be done with that soon. Then we’ll submit it, and hopefully have a release date for you in the coming weeks! Look for news about Falling Into Love soon!

Requiem Inc Series: Avery’s book, Somebody to Die For, will be out in September! I’m really looking forward to it, and I can’t wait for you to have it in your hands.

But you may be aware that the Beyond Line is not continuing after the end of the year. What does that mean for my series? Well, unfortunately, it won’t be put into audio like I originally anticipated. That’s a let down, because I would have loved for these books to be more accessible. But that’s how things go sometimes. Also, and this part really saddens me, I most likely won’t be writing any more in the series. I had planned on at least one more, and I’ve gotten some questions about Tyler and if he’ll get a story. I was going to write it. I wanted to give readers and Tyler himself, his happily every after. He deserves it. I’m not taking it completely off the table, but given the closing of the line, and the other projects I have in the queue, I doubt his story will be written and released. But I’ll never say never!

I always anticipated writing a sequel to Beholden, and that’s still in the works. I am, however, having trouble getting the voice of the story right. It will happen, hopefully sooner rather than later. So there will be at least one more as a follow up to that one!

I’m writing a Snowed In story for JMS right now. Due to the crazy work schedule, and guitar lessons, and writing with Nell, it’s been at a standstill. But as I said, I have some days off coming up, and I’m hoping to knock that out this weekend. I have three days of uninterrupted time to get it done, and I really want to finish Jonah and Cooper’s story. Wish me luck!

And of course, Nell and I will be writing the second book in the Family Found series!

That’s it from me for now. But I’m still working, even if it’s a bit slower than normal. Look for new books soon!

  1. I’m sorry about the DSP line but they seem to open and close lines willy nilly. Let’s throw something at the wall and see if it sticks. Oh nope. Let’s cancel. Yeah that’s my cynicism but that’s the way I see it. Excited for whatever else you have in the works. I am sure it will be great.

    1. Thanks! It’s disappointing for sure.
But I’m looking forward to working on other things too! I’ll do my very best to write great things for you to enjoy 🙂
