new release

Coming Soon

Writing books is often a mostly solo endeavor, but not for me. At least some of my books are cowritten with my cohort in crime, Tia Fielding! And we have another one coming your way.

Those of you who are fans of the Blue Creek Ranch series are in for a treat, because Emery’s book is on preorder. Okay, you probably knew that already. But in just twenty days, you can have it in your hands. We ended up finishing things a little earlier than anticipated, so we were able to move the release up by a week.

Coming May 21st is Mend a Heart

Emery Harrington has focused on his goals of first becoming a family medicine doctor and then returning home to Colorado, his family’s ranch, and working at the family care clinic in town. With that dream realized, he turns his attention to being the best doctor he can be. But then his sometimes, occasional friend-with-benefits shows up.

Ville Aalto left his family behind and forged a new path. As the head of security for a superstar country music artist, he’s not only found his purpose, but his place in the world. Heading to Blue Creek Ranch to shore up security is a no-brainer; not only did his best friend and boss ask him to, but he’ll be able to see Emery again. Their time together in the past has been brief and sporadic, but always explosive and worth every second.

What neither man expects is the feelings that grow when they get to spend more than a few hours together. With a wedding, a medical emergency, and the superstar’s impending visit on the horizon, Emery and Ville not only carve out time for each other, but lean on each other. Emery has it all. Ville has everything he’s ever wanted. They both know it’s temporary, and it can’t be more. But when it comes time to say goodbye, neither man is ready to let go.

Mending hearts is harder than breaking them, but Emery and Ville are willing to do whatever it takes to get their happily ever after.

And don’t you worry. We’re heading back to the ranch in short order, and our plan is to have the next book out this fall. Cross your fingers. Any guesses on who the next one is about?
